We ensure all of our clients will enjoy our products.

Service Commitment

If you have any problems during production, we promise that we will resolve them for you within 24 hours and will also visit the site for troubleshooting. In certain cases, we will send tools to your factory in less than one week. If you have any inquiries, we will arrange the training of staff and maintenance at your location.

Service Standards

We offer lifelong service for our tools. We offer a one-year warranty for pneumatic and electric screwdrivers have a one-year warranty. Consumables, which in warranty period are, supplied no warranty; other parts such as human caused may not be deserved no warranty (For details, please kindly find the warranty card and regulations)
